Base package details are included below for full planning or day of packages, with the option to add on additional vendors for coordination for scaled up events. And remember our services are extremely customisable.
Full Shower Planning
Investments starts at £550
INCLUDES:
planning meetings as needed plus access to support from eventsforyou via email or phone.
Recommendations and assistance in selection of a venue, with visits to up to two different venues/spaces. Once your venue is confirmed eventsforyou will correspond with your venue on your behalf.
Theme development - Eventsforyou will design a theme and colour scheme based on your interests and work with your vendors to make it come to life
Vendor coordination and logistics - Eventsforyou will refer you to reputable, experienced vendors who can execute your vision with excellence.
Rentals where applicable
Balloon and or floral decorations
Shower event coverage/management. This includes setup of small cosmetic details
Day - Of Shower Coordination
Starts from £220
INCLUDES:
One key meeting to go over the essentials of your shower event.
Access to support from eventsforyou via email and phone
Confirmation and logistics management of your vendors, as it relates to your venue and the shower event timeline
One site visit at your chosen venue, ahead of your shower event.
Shower event coverage/management. This includes setup of small cosmetic details (such as receiving table decor, seating charts, place cards, favours)

ADDITIONAL VENDOR COORDINATION
Additional vendor referrals and coordination are available on a per vendor basis. Any of the options below may be added to the base planning package as a referral with coordination and logistics management

Outside caterer - please not that a caterer referral/coordination is already included in your base package if the event is taking place in a family home.
